This is a really cool photo. Honestly, I give you props for working so nicely in the dark.. It's not an easy thing to do. The color stayed great, and wasn't warped, you can still see the detail on her face, and i don't know why I feel like the shirt fits nicely with the photo, but I do.
Two little suggestions for improvement though.
It could have been sharper. It's beautiful, but sometimes night/dark shots do that so you have to be careful. I see you shot some of the same series in the light, and it was way more detailed.
Then the facial expression. It's not bad, but I feel as though it could have maybe been different. I don't know exactly what it could have been, but that's all up to interpretation of the photo. You have have meant for her to have this expression, but I almost feel like it may have had more impact had she been looking up, or to the side.
Lastly, she is dead center. Most photographers or critiquers will lead you against having your subjects in the dead center. In my opinion, it works at times, but is harder to pull off than having it at an angle. So that's just a little thing to be careful of, but it all comes down to personal opinion because it is your work.
But besides those little things, great work!
