It's a small shame she's a bit blurry... and the quality doesn't feel as good as it can be, perhaps.
The lighting isn't bad, though, and the timing is wonderful. I really like how the black and white captures the atmosphere and the mood... it gives it quite a classic feel to it, although the stance and expression suggest that it belongs in Glamour?
I feel you could have moved the camera slightly more to the right... other than that, it's cool.
Thanks a lot for the comment, I am surprised to read blurry, perhaps you are not referring to the eyes. I use an f/1.4 deliberately to liberate the rest of her body by the depth of field.
I guess you are right about the glamor, I just can't seem to draw the line properly between classics and other categories.
How would I benefit from moving the camera to the right? Does it make the subject slimmer in that case? Not sure I understand.
