It takes a lot of practice and light to be able to capture a clumsy parrot. Technically, this is not a bad shot although it might lack originality...

Hmm... It's well positioned and the lighting isn't that bad. It's a bit... plain, though... I don't know. When I look at this, I don't feel... that big an impact, no offence.

It's a lovely piece, though. The colours are great and there is depth in terms of lighting and such. :)

You might not be surprised then if I tell you that it took me a long time to decide on whether to upload this or not. But then my convincing argument was that it is not expected from a parrot to have a plain formal shot and here it is. I am still not fully convinced and I am glad you pointed this out. I appreciate it.
