I like the portrait format, although I'm not sure if it was the best move... then again, it makes the perspective much more interesting.
Part of me feels that... you could have captured more of the water, mostly because the reflection is quite intriguing. Then again, you've got it almost like the rule of thirds, if you get what I mean, so there is that balance and the composition is awesome as well regardless of it all.
The timing is cool. I'm not too fond of the colours of the sky. I feel they could contain more depth, like the colours at the bottom of this piece, but other than that, it's not too bad a shot.
